JobMatch Engine

A job collection and ranking engine across multiple boards, with a mobile app

Collects listings from several job boards every morning, merges duplicates, scores them against a written fit profile and sends a ranked list to the phone. The ranking learns from user feedback through explicit rules, not AI. Dependency-free Node on Firestore.

An AI website builder and visual editor, from brief to live site (in development)

AI agents build a website from a brief, then hand it into a visual editor where the client can edit text, design, layout and animation parameters through a private link, with publishing, history and rollback. Built in Next.js and TypeScript on Postgres. In development.

Jarbles

A mobile merge game built from scratch, with adventure mode, daily challenges and a shop, all the way to APK

The game loop, rendering, levels and economy were built from scratch in JavaScript on Canvas 2D, using Matter.js for physics only. Packaged for the web, a game portal and Android, and running on a real device.

Song Creator

A vocal processing engine with AI models, harmonies, autotune and beatbox drums

A Python audio-processing engine with a C++ core for drum analysis. It generates in-key harmonies and a tuned lead from a dry vocal on CPU only, with beatbox-to-drum processing currently experimental.

I'm Meir.

Meir
Founder of OFF-ART

When I was 9, I made a DOS computer talk to me and say "Hi." I've been talking to computers ever since.

I'm naturally curious. I like understanding how things work, asking "what if?", breaking a problem down until it becomes clear and finding a better way to solve it. Philosophy and logic have always drawn me in, and in code I found a way to turn that thinking into something you can build and see working.

I also really like people. I started talking to them a little earlier, though. I've worked with people from very different fields, and each of them opened up a new world for me. That's one of the things I love most about my work: stepping into someone else's world, understanding it, and then building something with them.

I do my best work when we can talk directly, ask questions, trust each other and build around a shared goal.

Working together

  1. Clarify

    We start with a conversation, no commitment. Together, we map out the users, workflows, data and edge cases. You'll have a clear, written plan with milestones, pricing and a timeline, before you commit to anything.

  2. Build

    We build in stages, with a working version you can explore along the way. Changes are reflected in the plan, and each stage is tested for functionality and security before we move forward.

  3. Continue

    The system goes live and keeps evolving with the business. Two months of support are included, any bug that's our responsibility is fixed at no cost, and after launch you still have someone to turn to, even for a small question.
